About us

MV Project was born from the experience of its founders in consulting and engineering in large public works, and from their motivation to work on building the infrastructure of our future

The experience gained by the founding partners in design and consultancy in the field of hospital infrastructures is recomposed into a service for planning, development and management of complex interventions, as well as support services to the RUP in the implementation of healthcare construction projects.
MV makes use of a network of consultants and economic operators to organise the team according to the specific needs of the individual project.

MV Project pursues the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, through its direct action for the development of safe, resilient, inclusive and sustainable infrastructures, promoting responsible consumption and sustainable resource management, ensuring a collaborative environment for growth, gender equality and lifelong learning in its organisation, for a more sustainable future to be delivered to the next generation.

Stefano Zordan is CEO at MV Project.

From 2017 to 2023, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Italconsult Group, with delegated powers as Technical Director and Special Attorney of the subsidiary Studio Altieri S.p.A., where he grew professionally and developed his skills with technical and management coordination roles (2002 – 2016). His professional experience started in the ‘Centro Fieristico di Milano’ and later developed through the management and supervision of the most important healthcare projects in Italy and abroad.

He brings to MV Project his management skills, guiding the implementation of group positioning processes in the most important initiatives, both nationally and internationally, from business organisation to the control and management of activities, pursuing the achievement of group results, maximising operational results, respecting economic constraints, and guaranteeing client satisfaction.

Stefano Secondin is Technical Director of MV Project

He has been director of engineering at Studio Altieri (2003-2020), Technical Director at BBGS S.r.l. (2020), and Head of the Advisory Unit in Healthcare infrastructure at Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.a. (2021-2023).

With more than twenty years of experience in hospital projects, Secondin has directed the design development of numerous new hospitals in Italy and abroad; he has supported health authorities/hospitals in the planning and evaluation phase of interventions; he has been a member of the Technical Table for investments in hospital construction at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

In MV Project he is in charge of consultancy in the field of planning and development of new investments in hospitals, and coordinates and supervises engineering activities.

Luca Cerutti

Cerutti was director of the healthcare architecture department in internationally renowned architecture and engineering companies, where he supervised hospital projects from 1990 to 2025.

For thirty years, he has been involved in the design and management of large-scale works and in particular hospital construction projects, also following design competitions or project finance initiatives. His background, combined with his passion for design, makes him one of the most authoritative references in healthcare planning and hospital architecture.

In MV Project Luca directs the architecture and provides consultancy to hospital bodies in the field of medical planning and strategic choices in healthcare programming

Alessandro Gasparin

Gasparin – a graduate in construction engineering (grade 110 cum laude and Best Graduate of the year 2021-2022 – Graduate alumni – awards 2021) – has acquired consolidated technical skills in the fields of BIM, sustainability, and engineering in general.

At MV Project, he is responsible for coordinating designers and teams in the company’s initiatives, both nationally and internationally, through the operational and technical management of activities.
